How to Attach a Vertical Stand to Your PS5 Console

The method for attaching your vertical stand depends on your PS5® console model. The model number can be found on the original packaging or the bottom of the PS5 console.

Attaching the Stand to a PS5 Console (CFI-2000 Model Group - Slim)

Step 1: Place your console on a soft cloth over a flat surface before attaching the stand.

Step 2: Go to the control center and select Power > Turn Off PS5. The power indicator will flash white and then turn off.

Step 3: Place the PS5® console with the rear side facing up and remove the screw cap.

Step 4: Attach the screw cap to the screw hole (marked with a triangle and circle) on the stand.

Attaching the Stand to a PS5 Console (CFI-1000 Model Group)

Step 1: Place your console on a soft cloth over a flat surface before attaching the stand.
