Yuji Nakao, the director of PlatinumGames and producer of Ninja Gaiden 4, announced that the game's development has reached between 70-80%, indicating it's now in the final polishing phase. This news comes after years of
anticipation from fans of the legendary series, which is considered one of the most prominent action-adventure games in the industry's history.

Nakao confirmed that the development team is currently exploring ways to provide players with an early experience, suggesting the possibility of an upcoming demo. Considering Koei Tecmo's track record in the past five years, which included demos for most of their major games, expectations are that we might get a Ninja Gaiden 4 demo by Summer 2025 or shortly after.

Interestingly, discussions about the game began 6-7 years ago, as revealed by Phil Spencer, head of gaming at Microsoft, who mentioned that the project started as mere attempts to connect with some publishers to explore the possibility of developing a new installment in the series. Now, after years of effort and work, the dream is becoming a reality as the game nears its release.
